ART IV 32"
ART IV is a domed gong with concentric hammered circles in the middle ring. This is
a multifunctional gong - "Temple to Symphonic" The dome gives it an indonension
style humm. Played where the middle ring meets the dome creates an
explosiveness that is like a symphonic gong, and it can be textural when played in
the middle ring. This unique design allows the sound of this gong to be dome-tone
focused or to wash and crescendo like a general purpose gong, in either case the
dome being a low end anchor.
ARTIV sizes 20" thru 28" - B12 bronze: drones, deep tones, lively to deep vibrant,
accented to explosive.
ARTIV sizes 32" to 40" brass: deep humm, warm harmonics, tonal, accented to
