They age gracefully and become more responsive with each hit, which seems to increase their
energy. The sound is vibrant; ART I brass gongs are fantastic resonators of other sounds and
extremely responsive to the superball. Ancient sounding. Nice, warm roar when played with greater
velocity, it is never shrill. Pitched and tonal when played soft.
