Welcome to the world's loveliest, made in the USA simple wood
stand for gongs up to 20". Here we discuss assembling the stand. It is easy to
assemble this stand.

Please Notice in the photo below:
(2) feet

(2) verticle beams with caps. These are also defined by having (2) holes on (1) end of the beam.
(1) upper cross bar - This are also defined by having (2) holes on each end of the beam = 4 holes total...w/caps.
(12) #8 wood screws, 2 inches long. These create a tight fit, therefore prepare to have good support, clean up and down

DIRECTIONS: Optional but recommended for those who are new to assembly - have a helper who can spot
you, keep an eye on your angles, and hold pieces in place as you work. Use a well-powered screwdriver or drill
with Philips head. This is a #8 sized screw.

ASSEMBLE FOOT TO VERTICAL x 2
Assemble Foot to Vertical, as follows:

(a) Position a FOOT on the floor with recessed holes facing up and turn the screws into the recessed holes, until the tip of the
screw-point shows thru at the top side of the foot.

(b) Position the Vertical Beam upside down with bottom up (guide holes will show). Rest the beam on a flat non-slippery floor
surface. Optional if you are new to this, - have someone hold the Vertical Beam as you work.

(c) Hold screwed FOOT over the VERTICAL beam, line up the screws so that they meet the pre-drilled holes at the bottom of the
Vertical Beam. Carefully turn each screw into the pre-drilled holes on the Vertical Beam until the Foot is Tight.

(d) REPEAT with other Foot and Vertical.

ASSEMBLE/CONNECT THE FOOT/VERTICALS TO THE LOWER HORIZONTAL BEAM
Lower Horiz. Beam is notable for having (2) pre-drilled holes on each end only.

(1) Turn Screws into each recessed hole on the outer face of each Vertical Beam until each screw-tip points thru the other side.

(2) Position the LOWER HORIZONTAL BEAM vertically on the non slipper floor surface so that (2) of the pre-drilled holes on the
end are facing UP .

(3) Position one screwed Foot/Vertical assembly on top of the end of the LOWER HORIZONTAL BEAM so that the screw-tips
meet with the pre-drilled holes on the end of the LOWER HORIZONTAL BEAM. Turn Screws into the pre-drilled holes until the
Foot/Vertical/Horizontal Assembly is Tight. Optional if you are new to this, - have someone hold the Beam as you work.

(4) Position Foot/Vertical/Lower Horizontal Assembly down on floor, outside of the Vertical Beam (recessed holes) facing DOWN.

(5) Position the other Foot/Vertical assembly on top of the end of the LOWER HORIZONTAL BEAM so that the screw-tips meet
with the pre-drilled holes on the end of the LOWER HORIZONTAL BEAM. Turn Screws in until the Foot/Vertical/Horizontal
Assembly is Tight.
